Some employees at Edelman wanted to improve their Dutch or start their journey in learning Dutch at the beginning of 2022. Not because they needed it for work but to feel more at home in The Netherlands. NedLes handled the intakes and created groups with different levels. Once a week lessons took place, online as well as at the Edelman office. We worked with a series of 10 lessons to start with, but the employees felt they needed to keep practising with more lessons, so NedLes was happy to arrange that for them. Of course with the flexibility they need: if the majority of the group is on holiday during the summer season, we can take a break and continue when everyone is back in the office.
