Kas Hartman is a teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching Dutch at all levels, mainly to highly educated adults.
After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Dutch language and literature at the Radboud University Nijmegen, Kas pursued a Master’s degree in linguistics at VU University Amsterdam, with NT2 as specialisation.
As a teacher, Kas wants to create a relaxed atmosphere where students feel comfortable and safe. He hopes his classes will help them to feel more confident about living in the Netherlands. Kas is calm, patient and friendly. His aim is to make his lessons as effective as possible, but without compromising on fun.
Kas is also interested in language outside the classroom. He loves reading fiction and non-fiction books. To stay fit, he plays soccer and goes to the gym.
